Based in Shrewsbury, we are responsible for the organisation of a large number of national exhibitions and are looking to recruit a number of staff to. The positions all require articulate, enthusiastic, hard-working team players, who must have a real passion for events. You will also need to be flexible – this is not a 9 to 5 industry! – you must be able to work away for the duration of the events and be prepared to work weekends when required.

Event Operations Assistant/Manager

Day to day responsibilities will involve working on all organisational aspects of our shows, including general event administration, floor plan management, exhibitor, venue and contractor liaison and the on-site management of events. An ability to deal with people of all levels and strong communication skills are essential.

This opportunity offers the right individual who is looking for a career within the Exhibition/Events Industry to gain hands on experience from the ground up whilst working on nationally and internationally recognised events.

Junior Event Operations Assistant

Day to day responsibilities will involve general event administration across all our shows.  This includes dealing with general enquiries, liaising with exhibitors by phone and email and chasing up and coordinating all information and documentation required for the smooth running of our events.  The position would suit someone who is well organized with good administration and IT skills with an excellent phone manner.

This opportunity offers the right individual who is looking to start their career within the Exhibition/Events Industry to gain hands on experience from the ground up whilst working on nationally and internationally recognised events.

(Junior) Exhibition Graphics Assistant

Day to day responsibilities will involve all aspects of exhibition stand graphic design for existing and new clients.  You will be expected to manage a wide range of projects by taking briefs from and liaising with clients, organising drawings and quotations, briefing external suppliers and then carrying out the installation of the stands on-site at venues throughout the UK. 

Whilst there is an emphasis on design, you will also be required to undertake some sales and marketing tasks.  Good IT skills and an eye for detail is essential, some working knowledge of Adobe Design Package (mainly Illustrator & Photoshop), CAD & Rendering Programs is preferable but not essential as training will be given.
